1. Return Conditions

Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date of product receipt.

The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Some products, such as perishable items or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Please review the product description before purchasing.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side (e.g., wrong product or damage during shipping).

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange sending the replacement, subject to availability.

Price differences may apply if the exchanged product has a different price from the original.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt.

We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
